The Grounds Guys of The Rogue Valley

I don't know what it takes to get proper service from these guys - too much to cite here. But not only do they not answer their phones, they do not return calls. The work is shoddy but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and stay with them, because, like other reviewers, Nathan is a delight to "talk to." But it's all talk, no productive service whatsoever. They have high prices and I've paid for all regular service and additional service timely. I asked for quotes for other landscaping projects they said they did and once I finally got the quote MONTHS LATER, identified the work I wanted, Nathan mocked me saying they can't possibly do part of the work or they would lose money. The worst thing now is a broken sprinkler they've looked at before without fixing it. Now we are at risk of losing nearly a half acre of professional landscaping because they "don't have time" for us. Shameful, dishonest, unkind, shoddy workmanship.
