Honey Do's Professional

Rael said that when he was done with a job, if the owner didn't say anything.....then it was good. He took way to long to finish a job and in fact never finished a job. He said he was taking so long so he could have excuses to keep coming over. He was always "bumping" into me. I had to hire someone else to finish the work.

Honey Do Pro's installed a Travertine Tile Floor in our kitchen and living room area and 6 months later it is falling part and we are not happy with the work that was done. First HE took longer than the quoted time. HE brought his daughters to help him, the youngest (about 8) I ended up sitting her two days in a row in the master bedroom because the work was going on in the main part of the house. Each day after he left We had to clean up after him in the garage from cutting tiles and mixing. Our tiles are uneven and around areas on the floor up next to the walls there are seen gaps where HE did not tile close enough nor did he get grouted in. The holes for the vents in the floor were cut wrong and the vent covers do not cover the holes. One of the days he never showed up nor did he give us a call to let us know he was not coming to work. Now less then 6 months later the grout is coming out in between the tiles and we are not satisfied with his work. Wish we would have gone with a real Professional.
