John signed a contract with us for work to be done on a renovation. The work total was to be $34,000. John said he needed half up front for materials cost and the job would be completed within 4 weeks. We paid $17,000 and 6 weeks later there has been minimal work at the home. Not only is he not doing the work, but he is not answering any communication from me. Just like others who have hired John, he has taken money and not done the work. Stay away from this guy!

MCCLURE NEVER DID THE WORK AND STOLE $85,000.00 WHICH HE REFUSES TO RETURN. CANNOT TRUST THIS PERSON OR WIFE. EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS STOLEN. HE ALSO USES SUBSTANDARD MATERIALS TO SCAM WHO PAID FOR FIRST QUALITY. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY REPORT REVIEW OF THEFTS. THERE ARE SEVERAL. BEWARE. CONTRACTOR FROM HELL!
