Yes they are nice people, but I cannot recommend C&T Appliance Repair because of the follow poor service... Tucker from C&T Appliance Repair came to our home on Jan 18, 2024, and we paid $390.00 for a refrigerator replacement part, which he installed on Feb 21, 2024, only to conclude the part was not the resolution needed. So he took the new part back with him and said he would get our $390 refund ASAP. I have asked over a dozen times for the refund that C&T Appliance Repair owes us. On June 4, 2024, in Tucker's last message to me, he texted me, saying, "I will get that resolved by Friday." As of today, it has been 223 days since that first visit from Tucker, and we still have no refund.

Colin stole $700 from us. Paid for cooktop that was never installed. Read the reviews, They have been pulling this scam for years. Read the BBB reports. Do not give them money.

I gave Colin $100 49 days ago and counting, to work on fridge he said he had to order part and its been excuses ever since. DO NOT TRUST THIS THIEF!!!!!
