Firsf off I would give 10 stars if it allows me. The installation was excellent with high quality craftsmanship. I dealt with some other dishonest and grossly overcharging contractors. However these guys were very straight forward, helped me navigate thru pros and cons of window options and installation plan to achieve the besr results and cost effectiveness. I know nothing about home improvement (totally clueless). After windows and door were installed I realized i need a lock. I called Jim and he ordered a lock. As soon as the lock was delivered, he came out (i live in the middle of nowhere) and installed it right away. He was very pleasant all the time. I would hire him again. Thank you Jim for the great work, looking out for customers ‘ best interests and being nice.
