Baskett's Repair

My home warranty referred me to this Company regarding my HVAC issues. So refreshing to have a 5 star experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call to setting the appointment to diagnosing the issue and servicing my unit on the spot, I could not be more pleased. Bottom line: Highly recommend!

Our experience with Basketts Repair was frustrating to say the least. We were assigned Basketts Repair by First American Home Warranty (FAHW) to repair or replace our heat pump. From the beginning the lack of communication by Basketts was a common factor through the entire job. After leaving message after message, Basketts never returned my calls. The only time Basketts would call was after I called FAHW to complain. I tried to get FAHW to provide a different contractor but that is apparently not FAHW policy. Basketts lack of communication, general unprofessionalism and disregard for our peace of mind rates poor. I will not and cannot recommend Basketts Repair for any home repair.

Terrible HVAC company! Anthony Baskett is a con artist. He shows up, does nothing and takes your money. He is not a competent HVAC repair contractor. It appears as if his goal is to perform as many service calls for the warranty company just to collect the $65/call trade call fee. He does ABSOLUTELY nothing beyond that. Months later and my A/C still isn't fixed and he hasn't shown up or returned any of my phone calls. American Home Shield and First American should really consider getting better contractors before they lose their business.
