Bear Comfort Heating & Air Inc.

Last summer I called Bear Comfort for an air conditioning issue. It turned out to be a complicated repair, and most companies would have just told me I had to replace the unit. The unit probably will need replacing soon, but knowing we didn't want to do that, the technician spent many hours researching, making phone calls, driving back and forth to get parts, making multiple trips to my house, and even bringing in the Big Boss Man to help him diagnose and correctly fix the problem. In the end the unit works as good as it ever did, and the bill was stunningly MUCH lower than expected! As a side note, I also called them out just recently because my heat on the same unit went out. It was during a time when I thought they would be terribly busy, but they came out within 30 minutes and it was fixed shortly after. Turned out to be a simple and fast fix! I LOVE this company!
