I contacted to get a quote and they were out the next day received my quote by email the next day, Within one day received proposal by mail with brochures of shingles they offered, I was allowed to bring home full size samples and was given addresses of homes similar to ours recently roofed by H and S, This was a huge help in choosing, Estimated start date was given one month in advance and they started within one day of that date due to rain delay. Crew was professional covered shrubs and patio with tarps, Finished job the same day, Went over our yard two times looking for nails and debris, Used leaf blower on roof and patios once done, When I decided to change flashing color on chimney, was able to reach representative at home office who brought 20 different samples to my home, Once I chose he made another trip back to the office to pick up the materials and then drove back to my house with the flashing, Roofer worked on flashing around stone chimney for at least two hours, cutting and shaping the flashing, I would definitely recommend H and S professional from start to finish, Doesn't seem like you see this standard of customer service anymore, Jim and Bonnie
