Brian was great! I had pests getting into my crawlspace and basement. He got rid of them, but then told me they would keep coming back unless we also made some modest home improvements to keep them out. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the additional work, did it immediately, and it came out beautifully. No more critters in the house!
