This man is a con artist and a scammer, He took our money to build a home and never finished, our home has never passed inspection because of the terrible mistakes made on our home!!! Run from Drew Shafer, he owes money even to his subs which he refused to pay for our job, he also owes money all over town to various businesses!!!

Drew was an amazing GC for a major renovation of both my kitchen and master bathroom! Drew kept me informed every step of the way and watched out for my interests throughout the project. Drew and all of his subcontractors were extremely thoughtful about the fact that I was living (and working!) at my condo during the renovation, and kept the mess and dust to a minimum - I absolutely love my new kitchen and bath - thanks to everyone on your team!

The Shafer Building Group did an exceptional job in managing our project including the building addition and first floor renovation. His strong communication skills and open book project management style kept us looped in throughout the construction process. Workmanship of both prime and subcontractors met expectations. I will contract with the Shafer Building Group on future projects.
