This is a scam. James Palmer showed up on Saturday to see project and give me an estimate. He took some notes and said he charges a fee for an estimate which will be deducted from final project cost. I paid $40 and he said he would email an estimate on Monday. He did not. I emailed and asked about the estimate and he said he had been very busy but would send the estimate the following Tuesday. He did not. The following week I emailed him and asked if I had been scammed. He said he was a legit company and would send an estimate. He did not. He has my $40 and I do not have an estimate! SCAM

Would not recommend this outfit. James Palmer demanded $40 for an estimate that he did not provide. Said he would send an estimate on Monday (after visit on Saturday) but he didn't. I emailed him several times and he kept saying he would send estimate but didn't. Just scammed me out of $40!
