DO NOT HIRE!!! Robert came out to give an estimate on installing our flooring. We completed a contract and made a deposit and the promise was made that he would be out the following Wednesday, January 22, 2020, around 9am to start the job. He did not show up, and we received no communication or response to our texts, calls, messages, etc until almost 2pm that day. Excuses were made and a promise was made to show up on Thursday. Thursday comes, and again, no call/no show and no response to our messages, texts, etc. until 5:30 that evening. We informed him that we no longer needed his services since we had no faith that he would show up and complete the job, and we wanted a refund for the deposit we made since he had not completed any work. We have sent numerous messages, texts, and emails, and no response. So this man, Robert Wayne Gann, has basically stolen money from us. We will be filing a report with anyone that we can and writing any bad reviews on any site that we can. Thief!!!

DO NOT HIRE Robert Wayne Gann or his company. I have received the worst customer service and communication from him since the beginning. Every day he was supposed to be out there was an excuse as to why he was late or could not show. I hired him to fix some errors and sand the walls and ceiling from a previous drywaller. He never took sandpaper to my walls. when asked to come back out it took him weeks to come out and days to reply. he applied mud in areas that needed to be mudded and sanded. And here I sit with no communication and my sanding is not done. If you hire him good luck. Also I have text messages, emails, pictures, and Facebook messages that I am willing to share with you via private messenger if you request. Update: I wrote a review on his facebook page and he deleted it. And he is also deleted comments that I have made. If you can't own the bad reviews then there's not enough good reviews for you to own.
