AVOID AT ALL COSTS. hired to install two doors. Did not order the correct matching door then installed the other completely incorrectly with none of the requirements to meet codes. When confronted about the work he packed up and walked off job. He refused to answer any contact we attempted. Ultimately we sued him in court and he lost. He is now now paying the court ordered restitution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SEE BBB reviews as well. Check Hamilton County Court Records for lawsuit Summary.

The first time I contacted Porch about needing some help, Steve Jones called me within 20 minutes. We made an appointment. He showed up on time and gave me valuable advice, and on the next visit he completed all the tasks that I asked of him. Since then I have had 2 occasions to use his services, one was on very short notice. Everything Jones Construction has done for me has been done correctly and efficiently.
