H. Allen Miller, General Contractor Allen Miller, a Triad native, was born in Winston Salem and grew up in the Clemmons area. Allen has been involved in the housing industry for more than 30 years, and brings extensive expertise and experience to Triad Premier Homes. He began his career as a home builder and remodeling expert, businesses he operates today as H. Allen Miller, Contractor. Allen specializes in custom and semi-custom home building, additions to existing homes, kitchen and bath remodeling, and restoration of older homes. In addition to building and renovating homes, Allen works at Triad Premier Realty, the company he owns with his wife, Mary Ann Appleton Miller. The Millers are listing and buyer's agents. He began the company in a room in his home, and as it grew, he purchased and remodeled the Market Street building which now has five other agents listing and selling. Allen runs the daily operations at Triad Premier Realty and acts as Broker in Charge. He holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. Allen, through Triad Premier Realty, handles property management for clients as well as helping real estate investors with their property needs. Allen attended Brevard College in Brevard, North Carolina, and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he graduated with a degree in finance. Allen is a lifelong learner, having taken courses in many disciplines over the years. He is an avid reader, plays piano and enjoys gardening, antiquing, and woodworking. Allen has two children and a grandson, Jessica 32, Henry 5, and Zachary 28, and two dogs, Jack and Jake and a cat named Jinx.
