Caryl's Pool & Spa

Caryl’s Pool and Spa is has been the best pool company I've used in the triad area. When our pool pump broke, we contacted another pool company and the guy we spoke to was not helpful and didn’t want to give us the time of day saying we need to schedule service to have it replaced refusing to answer any questions. We called Caryl’s and spoke with the manager Brandon and he took the time to answer all of our questions and said we could just replace the motor saving money because the pump housing was still fine. They said they could put it in with their service crew but we wanted to do it ourselves to save some money and so they walked us through how to do it by using a display they had in the store. Hands down the best customer service and you have my business for life!

I have been going to Caryl's Pool and Spa for years. Their staff is knowledgeable about the products and provide great information without pressuring you to buy. They sell you exactly what you need and carry EZ pool which has cut costs and time. Their pool service men are top notch and reasonably priced. By far the best pool company in the triad!

I read one review where a person said their cover was thrown to side at opening, the men who open our pool for Caryl's always fold the cover and put it in garage and are very curtious. Thanks Charlie

I've been using Caryl's pool for 6 years through trial and error and good advice from Caryl's my pool is beautiful and I've learned how to care for and maintain my pool. I love the fact you can get a free water test and they tell you exactly what you need to correct your water. I can get any supplies I need at Caryls please never close!!!
