The follow up and scheduling was horrible! We spoke on the phone and set up an appointment for a walkthrough and estimate a week out. The day of the appointment arrived and I hadn't received a confirmation call or email to make sure we were still on. Keep in mind that my wife and I don't live in the house we are renovating yet and we don't go there unless we have to. I let them know that on the phone... The appointment time arrived and I finally got a call and they were letting me know they were at the house. I let them know that we would have to reschedule because I didn't get a follow up call and I wasn't going to wait at the house for them to maybe arrive. He apologized and said it was because they were busy... We rescheduled for the next day and I never heard from them again. They failed and I will never use them in the future.
