Tri-Co Contractors, Inc. was started in 2000 by Jeff & Vickie Souther, both with backgrounds in customer service. Customer service is still our #1 goal. We provide quality workmanship and complete each job on time with care. Our employees have several years of experience in restoration and offer services in every task of homebuilding and repairing. We have a complete flooring showroom and offer every major brand of hardwood, tile, carpet and other flooring possibilities. We work with all insurance companies and are on several preferred contractors programs. Using Xactware estimating software and photos, we can provide the best estimate for you and your adjustor to settle your claim. Whether you are re-building or building a custom home, Tri-Co can handle the job every step of the way.
