About Schrade Custom Homes
We have been building custom homes and and custom remodels since 1992 in Greenville, NC. We pride ourselves in doing the kind of work that will make every customer feel like they are getting the very best product for the money. We specialize in customer service, and feel like no one in the area can give you the one on one experience that we provide. Doug Schrade is the president of the company, and will never simply turn you over to a superintendent. He personally oversees every project personally. He is involved with every stage of the project, from the planning, estimating and building of the project. We do everything in our power to build you the most beautiful home you have imagined. If it's a remodeling project you are interested in, we are your company. We will complete your project in half the time the most other companies in the area would complete the same project. We do this by keeping a tight schedule with limited slack time. We treat your home like it yours, not ours. We will leave your house in better shape than you would, allowing the process of remodeling to be at least tolerable, while people are coming and going working on your house. You will not regret using our company for your custom home or custom remodeling project. We very much look forward to working with you.
