I want to begin by saying you are some of the most incompetent pieces of human waste to ever be called contractors. I am only stuck with you doing my fence install because you were chosen by Lowe's to do the work only, here's the thing, the work isn't being done! I've been fed nothing but excuses and left multiple voice messages both from myself and from the Lowe's CPO who call on my behalf whenever I call to complain about you. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Let's start from the beginning where the materials for my fence were delivered to my home Saturday May 4 and you were supposed to begin work May 6 that Monday. However I had been contacted and told you were busy and asked if I could wait until Wednesday May 8 for the work to begin. I am patient and flexible and agreed to this to help you out of a bind. The crew showed up Wednesday morning, I don't know what time exactly as I was at work as was my wife. the few pieces of the old fence left from the hurricane were torn down and stacked in my drive way and the new posts were placed with quikrete and then you left. I was told the crew would return on Friday May 10 after allowing the concrete to cure for 48 hours. Friday May 10 came and you were a no call/no show. I had an unusually difficult time contacting you either directly to your office (I have no idea what hours Ashley actually works) or having Lowe's call you which they have done many times and sent emails and still communication has been poor. So lets skip ahead to May 13 which was a Tuesday and a point in time in which I was already fed up with your unbelievable incompetence and I was left a voicemail (Ashley again) telling me you'd be out there the next day (Wed May 14) and work would resume. Once again you were a no call/no show. By this point I have already been threatening Lowe's with everything I can think of and begging them to replace you or give me my money back etc. More time has gone by and very little in the way of communication has occurred. In fact I make most of the calls myself instead of having you call me (the customer) to explain things. So that brings us to this past Friday which was May 31 when I was called again and told the crew would be out to my home Monday June 3 to begin work. Keep in mind I've never been given specific times and I assumed it would be like the first day (around 10 am) well by 11 am I was calling Lowe's and calling your office again demanding to know just where you were. The excuse this time was blown out tire and I was told by my Lowe's project Coordinator (Alex Garza) that you would be there that afternoon. By 2 p.m. I had heard nothing back and so I finally got in touch with your office directly (Ashley again) who had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't seem to tell me where the crew was and was trying to get the supervisor to find out and would call back. Needless to say no one called back. Your business doesn't have a website, is not BBB accredited and from what I have seen you have no business being in the contracting business because the only possible way I could describe you is to say that you suck, plain and simple as that, you are terrible. I would give less than 1 star if I could and I plan on finding any and all other platforms in which to leave reviews to absolutely make sure I give 100% the truth of how pathetic you are as a fence building contractor if nothing else to save others from the mistakes that I have made.

I am Lowes home improvement currently a Lowe’s customer who paid for a fence to be installed and they sub contracted Specialty FDR, LLC to install the fence. I was given a date and time of May 9th between 1-3. I did not show up nor did they call with a reason for not showing up. I contacted Lowes and they could not reach the installer. I then waited an hour and called Lowes at least 5 times and they could not get in contact with the installer. They had no luck reaching them. 2 days later I was contacted by the install Specialty FDR with an excuse of why they didn’t show up or call. I was given another date and time of May 14 at 9:30 am. Here I am May 14, 10:45 am still waiting for them to show up. This is unprofessional and not a acceptable business practice. This is lying to customers and not giving a more than horrible customer experience. My wife and I just had our first baby and need the fence to help with our two dogs. So here we are trying to jungle a new baby with the feeding around the clock and very little sleep. Now I feel like I have to call Lowes and complain about how the installer who can’t keep their word You were contracted for install a fence with a given time frame and apparently this is too difficult to accomplish for a company who supposed to specializes in installing fences.
