They don’t even deserve a one star review. Absolutely horrible customer service. We hired these idiots through Lowe’s and it was the biggest mistake. They couldn’t even show up when they were supposed to and the dumb woman secretary acts like it’s the customers fault. What a complete waste of time and money.

This company was contracted by Lowe’s to replace my door. They didn’t seal it properly. They were supposed to come back “between 10-12” and with zero communication on their end, they just never showed up. After someone finally contacted me hours later they said they switched their appointments up and would come back the next day at exactly 11. Well they didn’t show up then either. Do not use them if you value communication or time management.

I just had a patio door installed by this company. It is BEAUTIFUL! The installers, Joe and John are true professionals! Friendly and very knowledgeable! I have an old house, so leveling the door could have been a problem. Not for these guys! They took their time and it is perfect! Thank you Joe & John!
