Cedar and EPDM restoration of mansard roof Victorian built in 1864. Complex job, full restoration with 20 copper dormers, new framing, facia, insulating foam, porch roof, balcony roof, repair and replacement of deteriorated structures. Meticulous work, prep, and follow up.

We used Ryan and Fairfield County Roofing for a total cedar wood replacement, complete new wood siding installation and brand new copper gutter installation. Ryan and his team are excellent. They do great work and Ryan is very upfront about pricing. It's been over two years, the work looks great and Ryan still checks in every few months to see how we're doing and if we need him to touch anything up.
