The Van Valer Name Enters the Heating and Cooling Business in Johnson County, Indiana GREENWOOD, IN. Monday - October 17, 2011. Retired Johnson County, Indiana attorney, Pat Van Valer, brother of Van Valer law firm founder - the late Joe Van Valer, has formed Van Valer Heating, Cooling and Plumbing with co-owners Brian Biehn and David Mize. Brian Biehn was formally with another Central Indiana heating and cooling firm from 2008 up until early October 2011 - serving as their Marketing and Sales Manager. David Mize, also formally of a Central Indiana heating and cooling company, served as Operations Manager and a Service Technician for over a decade. Why share ownership with Brian Biehn and David Mize in a Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company in Johnson County? "We all share incredible drive, determination and understanding of the business we are creating. We all support the concept of consensus and don't look back. All three of us also support, without question, the active participation in our community and we expect our company to do the same. Philanthropy will be our most important goal.
