Bob Heisinger Construction (BHC) has over thirty years experience in residential and commercial construction. Having built everything from restaurants in Tennessee to log homes in Indiana and log motels in North Carolina and Georgia, no job is out of reach. The current focus of BHC is upon residential construction projects such as decks and porches, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, building additions and custom fences, to siding, carports, garages, interior and exterior painting projects, wood, laminate, and ceramic tile flooring, and the like. We also complete any number of handyman type projects in a timely and cost effective manner. The most recent projects range from replacing all exterior door lock sets and dead bolts in the Samaria neighborhood to a total home make over, which included interior floors, walls, ceiling, kitchen, bath, electrical upgrade, plumbing upgrade, new heating and air ducts, as well as, new thirty year architectural shingles, new vinyl siding, new windows and doors, carport, foundation leveling, and termite repair in Trafalgar, Indiana. We draft our own plans and provide our own prints. All estimates are free of charge and placed into writing (to include all costs of materials and labor). We will take as much time as necessary with you to get a full understanding of how we can best meet your needs.
