Customer had severe wood rot and window has moisture between glass. EXTERIOR: I tore out all wood rot and compromised wood. Replaced it with treated lumber. I rebuilt the bay opening, then insulated the walls, then oil-based primed all wood areas, then 3ml plastic wrapped over entire area outside and inside, then put exterior silicone around flange of the Windows and installed Windows, then water&ice taped over the flange onto the plastic, then aluminum coil wrapped the exterior area from the edge of the Windows back to the edge of the house. Silicone chalked around all edges. INTERIOR: installed new mold resistant drywall over the 3ml plastic on the sides, top, and bench seat, then installed new bench seat, then chalked and sealed off areas, then installed new casing trim around window insert and in between the two Windows.

Installed all new windows on the second story of the home. Ten windows in total. Customer wanted to do their own siding, so I was only contracted for the Windows.

The area was a grassy lawn. I installed pavers in an arch design, installed a field stone and brick knee wall, dug and rubber lined the lower pond, the soil I took out to make the lower pond I used to build up the upper pond and flower area. I planted flowers, ground cover, water grass, lily pads, around the mound. I installed slate slabs for steps to the upper pond and around the edge of the lower pond. I installed a pump and line so that the water would be pumped from the lower pond to the upper pond and waterfall back done to the lower pond. I installed a concrete slab all the way around the area. I installed a brick edge and river stone sidewalk going from the side of the home around to the back of the yard up to the area that was landscaped.
