This Fairview Village project is home to a repeat customer who had our company previously paint the interior of their home. They desired to have their exterior reinvigorated with fresh color, as well as a high quality finish that can withstand the elements of the Pacific Northwest. The home had not been painted since the house was built and initially painted in 2004. After all of the siding was pressure washed, all cracks, seams, and nail holes were caulked using Tower Tech Elastomeric Caulk that carries a lifetime warranty. After all the prep work was complete, two coats of Miller Evolution Satin were then applied. Like the caulk, Miller Evolution paint also carries a lifetime warranty, giving the homeowners peace of mind knowing that their new exterior is protected from peeling, blistering, and color fade.

This Gresham home's newly-sided exterior was painted in unique shades of green during this past summer. Sherwin Williams A-100 Satin paint was used on the entire exterior. The owners were thrilled with the end result and didn't hesitate to say that their home now looks brand new!

The exterior of this NE Portland home in the Summerplace community was painted and thoroughly restored in the process to make the wood siding look like new. The preparation included pressure washing the entire exterior of the home, filling every nail hole in the siding, re-caulking every siding and trim joints with lifetime warranty caulk, and priming peeling and rough areas of siding with Sherwin Williams Prime Rx Peel Bond Primer. The finish paint used was Sherwin Williams Duration, with satin sheen used on the siding and doors, and gloss sheen used on the trim and gutters. Duration is a high-build premium paint that carries a lifetime warranty.

The large entryway and great room areas were modernized with fresh new colors painted on the ceilings and walls in this NE Portland home. Miller Acro Pure Eggshell zero VOC paint was used, which helps maintain a clean and safe indoor air quality while the paint was being applied.

What used to be the nail services area for Bella Institute of Cosmetology was transformed into a Cafe thats part of the new Bella Vita Spa and Wellness Center. The walls were changed from an old violet and beige scheme to brown colors that promote the tones of coffee. The paints used were from the Miller Evolution line in a satin sheen.

Melange Beauty Bar Salon and Spa of Fairview Village was recently rejuvenated with fresh, modern paint colors courtesy of Refined Painting Services. The paints from the Benjamin Moore Regal Select, Benjamin Moore Ben, and Miller Evolution paint lines created a warmer and more relaxing main floor for Melange's patrons. We took great pleasure in renewing the space of a business right in our neighborhood community.

The entire kitchen underwent a complete repaint during the work in this 1923 NE Portland home. The kitchen ceilings were first repaired from previous water damage and then were primed and painted in a semi-gloss sheen to ensure maximum washability. The walls were then repainted from a dark brown color to a bright and shiny shade of yellow, also in a semi-gloss sheen. The final stage of the project was the total restoration of the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were previously painted a dark orange color that offered little in terms of washability and brightening the room. We helped the homeowners in selecting the new color, one of Benjamin Moore's brightest whites, OC-17, in semi-gloss. The cabinets were washed, sanded, and primed prior to the application of two coats of finish paint. Our paint work resulted in a bright new kitchen space that now inspires gourmet cooking and a relaxed eating atmosphere. Miller Premium was used for the ceiling and walls, and Benjamin Moore Aura was used for the cabinets.

A doctor's office at Cascade Physician's NW Portland location was painted courtesy of Refined Painting Services. The walls were painted a calm and sleek gray, in addition to a green accent wall, both in satin finishes. Paints used were from the Miller Premium line.

The walls and ceilings in this Fairview Village home were previously a bland tan color throughout the entire first floor. We first changed all the ceilings, which were painted a bright white in an eggshell finish that reflected just the right amount of light and really brightened and enlarged each room. The walls were painted in modern shades of turquoise, charcoal, and green, all in eggshell finishes. The different combinations of accent colors in each area created great character and variety in the home. All paints used were from the Miller Premium line.
