First thing to note is a 1906 home that’s built like a fortress doesn’t lead to any easy projects. Eric was a referral based on his knowledge of classic homes and ability to provide custom work as seen at a couple of our friend’s homes. He definitely didn’t disappoint. My wife had many of the finish materials decided before we began the modified bathroom layout. He took our basic ideas and worked with the old bones to achieve a period look with some modern functions. Start to finish he worked with us to quote around our plans with thoughtful suggestions of what he felt would be cost effective and functional given the multiple unknowns hiding/found within the structure. He was not only timely and provided a tentative schedule for every phase of the project but coordinated with the other trades we had subcontracted outside of his direct scope of work. Once you get past the detailed craftsmanship and organization Eric provides, it’s good to mentioned that he contained the mess. End of day cleanup and awareness of our pets added to the security we felt when out of the house. I have and will continue to recommend Eric’s Construction to anyone that wants a contractor that makes your project a priority, is knowledgeable, thoroughly communicates and takes pride in their craftsmanship.
