He will not return calls. I paid him a great deal of money and did not do the service work, he did not pay it back and will not return calls. My husband died, I have been going through chemo and really need the work done or the money back so someone else can do it.

Needed an emergency repair done on New Years Eve. Freddie was at the house within the hour. He was quick and thorough. Would highly recommend and will be using his service in the future.

Very satisfied with project results. After the repair part arrived, Mr Doughty came the next day, which was a Sunday, to fix the dryer. The diagnosis and repair times were not long at all, and the repair cost was VERY reasonable, PLUS the service call was free, even if we didn't hire his company to do the project. He was professional and courteous the whole time. When he arrived at our home, I presented him with shoe covers to wear over his shoes in the house, he was respectful of our custom and complied, which pleased me because in the past we've encountered other repairpeople from other companies who balked at the idea of covering their shoes even though we provided the covers, and they blatantly disrespected our home, so we never used their company again. We give Property Repair Solutions 5 stars out of a scale of 5 stars and would use their services again, and we would recommend them to others also. Incidentally, Property Repair Solutions exceeded Porch's time frame policy for initial contact of the prospective client by contacting us within a few hours of being contacted by Porch.
