Houseco is a family owned and operated business in Grimesland NC. Founded and qualified as a General Contractor by Shawn House. Shawn is a hands on owner operator who is the lead estimator and project manager. Benjamin (Ben) House, Shawn’s father was a career carpenter with over 40 Years experience in home improvements. Shawn was blessed to grow up in a skilled household, where hard work and a strong faith defined the work ethic and values of the company we know as Houseco.

Houseco is my first choice for my home improvement needs. Shawn can do anything I have in mind, whether I want an outdoor gazebo for summer built, or just need some simple home repairs. I highly recommend him, his vast experience and affordable pricing just can't be passed up!

Shawn and family have completed several projects for me and I've been very happy with the end results. They removed the carpet and installed a laminate floor in my condo, replaced my built in microwave that stopped working over my stove, took out my very old gas log fireplace and replaced it with a new electric fireplace insert. I just moved into a house where they installed a beautiful wooden privacy fence in back yard. I would highly recommend them for any project you would like to have completed.
