Chrysalis Award Winning Project Whole House Remodel Under $250K The original carport was open to the weather as well as being a security issue and there was no direct access to the home. We created a new space with storage, security, motion security lights and a new side entry directly into the home. The interior of the home was opened-up by removing the stair wall which allowed us to extend the doorway to the adjoining room and provide more direct access to the family room. Relocating a small study to the first floor enlarged the upstairs bathrooms. The kitchen was transformed from a small one-person space into a gourmet's delight.
