Tony had some good workers on his team back in 2021-2022. He's a general contractor, so he doesn't do any of the work; instead he hires teams to work for him. I didn't feel that he added value to the projects, since he provided inadequate supervision to his unskilled workers, and didn't exhibit knowledge about what was involved a lot of the time. He had many jobs going at once all around town, so he would pull workers and even the foreman from our job and sometimes leave unskilled laborers to do the work, only checking on them once a day, if at all. His workers improperly primed painted areas, resulting in chipping paint. They broke slates and a garden statue without reporting it to me. He delayed work and skipped many days on ongoing jobs, and made excuses such as illnesses, materials not being in, and blaming his other jobs on the reason he couldn't prioritize my job. His workers were often messy and disrespectful of my property, leaving messes. He took shortcuts and didn't do work as stated in the contracts, I would not recommend him at all,

Tony and his crew did an incredible job remodeling our lower level. Our project turned into an insurance claim due to water damage prior to start of construction and he helped us navigate that issue as well. He designed a space for a door where there wasn’t one prior And it looks like it was built with the house. They demoed flooring and concrete and laid tile perfectly as well as carved out an additional space for a pocket door. We now have a fluid Living space and dedicated Mudroom. We couldn’t be happier. Clean, efficient, honest. Highly recommend.

Tony and his crew conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism and craftsmanship. No detail was left unattended. The end result was a beautifully finished mudroom, covered porch and attic space that was well beyond my initial expectations. The pricing was fair, and the project expedited within the agreed upon timeframe. I plan to hire Kaiser Construction again!

Tony from Kaiser Construction is currently building a deck off our pool. Quality workmanship, professional attitude, easy to work with and reasonably priced! We will definitely use Kaiser Construction in the future for any/all our construction needs.
