I used Brad Endicott, the owner of Prime Electric for 5 years on all of my projects, all high end new construction or total gut renovations which were complex historic restoration projects. Buyer Beware! The latest project features strobe lights with loud buzzing electricity in my personal residence. I have asked him numerous times to remedy this nightmare, and unsafe total electrical rewire of this expensive renovation and here we are 2 years later with no remedy. This property is now under contract for nearly a million dollars, and I have an obligation to the buyer to turn over a property with sound electricity. I reached out to him this week one last time to help resolve this situation and he acts like he doesn’t know me and has no idea what property is being discussed. I made sure to include video evidence of the obvious situation at hand. His response was “oh shit, okay.” Very unprofessional and would not recommend unless you want 24/7 music festival lighting in your home. His response was condescending, arrogant and very dismissive of my safety concerns for this property and there was no other response as of now, nearly 3 days later. Hopefully this review will jog his selective amnesia and also warn potential future clients of what’s in store.

Brad and Karen have done an excellent job on our new home being built on Pensacola Beach.

Needed Some Electrical Work done in a Crunch on a Home closing in a couple of weeks. Had 2 days to get repaired. Not only was Brad efficient but didn't charge an arm and two legs. He was Great !!! Definitely use again .....

Brian did an excellent job on rewiring the back portion of my 74 year old house. He even had to do some clean up work from the company who rewired the front portion of my house. He was also available on short notice when my outlet for the dryer needed to be replaced.
