Steve completely renovated my tired house into an amazing house by anyone's standard. Mine is pretty high and I am an experienced builder myself. He would calmly listen to any hairbrained ideas and personally turn them into some beautiful mahogany ultra clean built ins to hide something or bay window seat to enjoy! The native cypress wainscoting through entire house and matching high ceiling in new 660sqft really great room, with big Brunswick pool table, has brought real joy for several years now. The varnished woods have become so rich with a little time. Working with Steve is pleasure, I would not do a single thing differently and Steve always seems to go a little extra mile on everything, so at the end, we were a big mile ahead, every dollar well spent.
