  | Condensate pump problem | Nov 2014 | Customer called in because A/C was not working. Our NATE certified technician found the condensate pump was completely clogged due to lack of maintenance. A condensate pump pumps the inside evaporator coil's drain water to the outside and is typically used when a gravity drain is not possible. This customer's A/C is in the basement.
