Barrett Landscape is driven by this vision of setting the standard in the green industry. Serving Pensacola, Florida and the various locations within the Panhandle area, our highly experienced landscapers use top-quality products only when installing or maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes. We are a young but dynamic company proud of the quality-conscious culture that we share with our clients. Grant Barrett’s love affair with landscaping began more than 15 years ago. After graduating from college, he came home to take over his father’s business – a restaurant. This wasn't exactly what Grant wanted for a career, so after three months working as a restaurant manager, he quit and decided to pursue his real passion. Grant started working for a Florida landscaping company. He then got married, became a father, and then served in the military for four years as a captain in the U.S. Army. After his stint in the army, he went back to landscaping and steadily acquiring as much knowledge and experience that he could. Grant eventually decided to put up Barrett Landscape. Grant is currently studying Turf Grass Management at the University of Georgia, and holds the following certificates and licenses: Best Management Practices (University of Florida) Limited Fertilization Limited Pest Control Moreover, with Grant at the helm, our company is slated to be recognized by the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP).
