Tina, Glenn and John are all outstanding. I contacted porch.com on Wednesday for leads and when I arrived home from work John had left me a message. I followed up with Tina on Thursday. I had an appointment with Glenn for an estimate on Friday and signed the contract. On Saturday John came and did the measurements. The install was done Tuesday. I can't believe in less than a weeks time I had a new heat pump installed. This was during the 85+ days of late May. I wish all businesses operated the way you do. They even offered air conditioners if I needed them until the work could be done since I had no air conditioning. Professionalism with an A+. I can honestly tell you this was a fantastic experience compared to the rest of the companies I called and dealt with.
