Was referred to this company via a contract with Sears. I called and left a message regarding the problem. Tech was scheduled within the week. As the tech was walking into my house he said if it's a frozen pipe that burst it's not covered. (The pipe in question was to an outside spigot). Basically got charged the service call for something I could have been told over the phone.
