TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I AM A CONTRACTOR, AND IF I HAD REVIEWS LIKE THIS WITH EVERYONE COMPLAINING AND NONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS I WOULD FIRE THEM ALL. YOU WANT TO USE SUPREME ALLUMINUM LLC (in Orlando, cheaper and very professional) MUCH BETTER AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This owner does not even return emails nor respond to his reviews... Wish I could have given this one a 0 they do not deserve 1 star!! WHEN I CALLED THURSDAY I asked candy if I take a picture of the screening can you match it up to what I need? She told me "yes, absolutely " So if you look on your lobby cameras you will see that I took out my phone and showed her a picture of the screening I need and she told me " that is solar screening, how much do you need" (you can hear that in the audio. So me getting the wrong screening is ONLY because of your professional not knowing her job, I should have been able to get my money back... it is NOT as if I walked in and said I need solar screening! Before Friday I had no idea that there even was something called solar screening... That would be like you coming into my shop and asking "what size breaker do I need to install a new receptacle" and my guy giving you a 3 phase 50 amp breaker which would cost you $180. Then you realize that you only needed a $5 breaker. The first thing as a business owner i would do I give you the correct breaker and then I would have to if not fire write the company representative up for ripping off a new customer. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED I called on Thursday to see if they had the screening i need for a pool enclosure. For some reason there was confusion with that question, so I asked them if I take a picture can you match it up? I was told yes no problem. So I went in the next day and showed the lady in front the picture and she told me I had solar screening. So I told her to give me 72" by 22' she cut it and I and paid $138 and took it. Got home and was told it is the wrong screening. So Monday morning I called whites up and told them what happened and candy told me to come in with the original receipt. So I did and I also brought in a piece of the screen I need. After we figured out that I need florida glass they told me "with covid we can not take any screening back" Even though they told me what screening I needed and were wrong they would not work with me at all and I guess it was candy at the front desk said she does not care if this customer ever comes back to do business with them! You will get BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MORE PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE HOMELESS ON THE STREETS CLEANING YOUR WINDSHIELDS.
