This option is the quickest by far; our team members will thoroughly clean the entire apartment, shampoo all carpets, clean windows, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, baseboards. We will leave the place spotless! RAISE MY RENT!! - $1.00 per ft² Small repairs, repaint, update fixtures, shine and polish everything! This is our most popular option by far. Just give us the chance to WOW you, upon final inspection you will walk into a freshly painted apartment with all the repairs completed and looking new and updated. Our "Make it Shine" option includes a thorough cleaning of all surfaces, shampoo carpets, clean appliances, clean windows, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, baseboards, complete paint job, replace and/or repair outdated fixtures, repair moldings, re-caulk tub and sink, and small plumbing repairs just to name a few.
