Materials included 12 square of shingles,stink pipe boots, Ice and water shield, all necessary step flashing and fasteners. Chimney was improperly sealed from elements, needed to step flashed along with a layer of ice and water shield. All stink pipes needed to be raised a foot higher do to the high amount of snowfall each year in our region. Installation of shingles and cleanup was flawless, customer was very satisfied

The main materials needed for the job were as followed Thirty bundles of premium GAF Timberline HD shingles rated for fifty years. Grace Ice and Water shield. A excellent product to use for the elimination of any water compromising wood underneath the drip- edge. Multiple rolls of GAF Felt Buster vapor barrier as underlayment. Vented Vinyl soffits Aluminum trim coil Our customer's home also had a height of about forty feet at the back. This required the use of aluminum scaffolding to accommodate tools and materials as staging. A forty five degree pitch at the front of the house needed roofs jacks and wooden planks for staging. The home needed an extensive update in attic ventilation which improves overall home energy efficiency and comfort. GAF Cobra ridge venting and vented soffits allows the house now to breathe properly. A small but serious problem we found left unattended was an improperly installed bathroom vent dumping into the attic, which we swiftly corrected. As always with any job we take on their are multiple measures to handle the cleanup and removal of the waste debris. We want the customer to have complete satisfaction of the finished product.
