I am extremely satisfied with Total Appliance. They make good on their claims with one all inclusive payment for complete coverage. I had to call them three times within one month for unrelated repairs and a received service with a smile every time. Most importantly, no extra or hidden fees. Their appliance service plan is a wise investment for any homeowner.

I own a condo in Miami and have an annual warranty plan with this company. Since I started with them, they have been extremely reliable and knowledgeable in repairs with all my appliances. When we moved into this condo, we often had problems with the A/C unit. After hiring this company, they came once and fixed it so it never broke again. The building often has plumbing problems that sometimes affect our unit, so I’m happy to have this company on call whenever I need them. Their service is outstanding and they have really competitive prices. I would recommend them to others.
