July 2017 Update: We won a court judgement to have Jon Son pay us back over $5,000. He made two payments (only $200/mo) and he hasn't responded to our texts since despite being very late. I've had numerous people contact me about him being a scam artist - locals in Hamilton, etc. DO NOT USE THIS MONSTER. He can't even be bothered to pay a court order after his awful work, why would you trust him to do any work for you?

Currently suing Jon Son, owner of Wild West furnishings. Not only did it take him nearly 3 full months to do flooring in our home he quoted as less than 2 weeks, but he damaged our baseboards, baseboard heaters, left exposed nails, doors and door frames put on incorrectly so they either don't close or make horrible noises. The floors are the wrong color, nothing is level, his crew spilled stain everywhere and they did the cutting IN MY LOVINGROOM and didn't even cover anything until I asked them to while 8 months pregnant. His crew not only polyurethaned the wrong sheen in some rooms (high gloss vs the matte finish we had in the remainder of the house) but they painted over dust and dog fur because they didn't vacuum/sweep before doing their work. Only a few months after the wood was installed, the floors began having huge cracks between the boards and the wood is so rough in areas we had to purchase large area rugs to cover. He said he would be back and would give me a queen sized custom bed frame for my troubles but we haven't been able to get in contact with him (it's been over a year) until our pretrial here in Missoula last week. We also purchased furniture from him and after months of begging, he delivered it wet and it stained my carpet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

I buy all my furniture from Wild Custom ossom stuff. Jons been a straight shooter. craftsmanship is ossom. I don't get the bad review
