Scott Clark is a liar, thief and conman. We signed a contract with him to have a deck built. He started in October and was supposed to be completed by Thanksgiving. He started the deck, trashed our yard and we still just have posts and pillars sticking out of the ground. He will no longer return emails or texts. Do not hire him
