After serving eight years in the US Army (including two tours in the Middle East), I began to search for a career that I could love. Many of us go to work everyday but I wanted to love what I do everyday. Additionally, I wanted to share my experiences with my children as they grew in an effort to encourage them to follow their dreams. In 2000, I became a licensed real estate appraiser in Ohio. Although I loved providing appraisal services, the economic collapse around 2008 forced many appraisers to explore new avenues. I spent some time working in the auto parts industry, home remodeling, and installing cable and security systems, but was not in love with my jobs. I wanted back into real estate! After carefully exploring the role of home inspector, I was hooked and Loyalty Home Inspectors was born. I have over 18 years experience in the real estate industry. My inspector education was completed through Inspection Certification Association (ICA) and am a member in good standing with InterNACHI.
