IM Home Service

I am a real estate broker and initially met Ian thru my Real Estate companies home services department which Ian MacDonald is a part of. I had an electrical job for a client and used the home services recommendation. His work was timely, great quality and reasonably priced. Since that time I have used Ian MacDonald for not only electrical jobs but also landscaping services. I personally also use Ian MacDonald for my own personal residence projects. He does a great job, always quick to respond and perform the desired work and all at a competitive price.

I have enlisted the assistance of IM Home on a number of occasions on projects ranging from fairly simple handy man projects to a full kitchen remodel. IM H has a very cable staff and I trust every one of them explicitly. It's one thing to know that the people you open your home to will do good work. But it's a whole different level of confidence when you are knowt that no one is going to look in any rooms, closets or drawers that are not pertinent to the project at hand. From moving hanging light fixtures, building closets, installing in ceiling lighting, installing kitchen cabinets and backsplash, moving electrical and gas appliances, even doing PRECISE DEMOLITION in places that required it...I have trusted IM Home with three residences and they do not disappoint! One thing I particularly appreciate about this crew is that there is never any drama from them if they encounter unexpected problems. Each employee seems to understand that when they are not doing new construction, things can and do go wrong. But there is always a solution with no wringing of hands. IM Home is my go-to service for home improvement.

I had a basement window that was not secure and had an animal trying to get into the house. IM Home Service contacted me right away and came the next day to fix the window. They were polite, efficient and the window is solidly secure. I will hire them again. Thank you Ian!
