RAM Roofing installed a new roof on our home that, after 8 months, developed leaks. After leaving several unreturned voicemail messages, his voicemail was full. He NEVER bothered to call us back. I would NEVER use his services again.

We had Ram Roofing and Remodeling install gutters and gutter guards in July of 2016. Ed, the owner of Ram suggested we not lower the downspouts, but if we needed to, he told us to call him. It is now going on 8 months that we have contacted him to lower the downspouts. We have had issues with mulch draining from the bed because of the height of the downspouts. Also, we have a drawing issue with a gutter on the second level of our home. We contacted Ed in July 2016 the first time. We were promised he’d be out the following week. Needless to say, he was a no show. Each time we were able to get in touch with him, which has been 4 times in the last eight months, he has promised to take care of the downspouts. Again he has not. I have a voice mail from one of his employees that he would be out in January to fix the problem. Again, no one showed. We told Ed we would write a negative review. We have also shared this with our neighbors that might need any gutter or roof work. Our next step is Angie’s List. Alan S. Hampstead, N.C. 28443

Ram Roofing was the 4th roofer I called. I had problems with people not showing up to complete the repair. Ram Roofing gave me a very reasonable estimate and came to complete the repair the next day. We have not had any problems or leaks since. Highly recommend

  | Landfall Roof Replacement | Jan 2016 | The original cedar shake shingles were removed completely. Three, 20 yard dumpsters were needed for a lll of the old cedar being torn off. The roof was stripped down to the decking and replaced with a certainteed roofing system. The shingles used were certainteed presidential series xl. Working in Landfall presents issues that aren't found on most residential jobs. Approval can take up to a month, there are only several shingles approved in Landfall , all of which are special order and of the highest quality. Last, time constraints. Working hours are monday through friday 8-5 , saturday 8-1 and no work on sundays. Throw in a few rain days around the holidays and a large project such as this can take some time. The color shingle used is classic weather wood , The presidential XL shingle by certainteed is the highest quality on the market and provides a 50 year warranty.
