Licensed in Town of Southampton, Town of Easthampton and Suffolk County DeMar Construction Inc. utilizes "Green Building" practices and materials in our new construction homes We create environments that conserve energy and utilize environmentally responsible building materials while still designing a home that is beautiful and comfortable. DeMar Construction is 100% trustworthy, reliable, and highly professional. What I am impressed the most with is their attention to detail and desire to get every job done the right way. The crew is easy to work with and they make the construction process hassle free. I highly recommend DeMar Construction Company, the quality of their work is far superior to their competitors on Long Island.

My wife and I hired DeMar Construction for a complete home remodel. Dean is honest and accommodating. He was always responsive to our calls and emails. The job was on schedule and the quality of the work is great! Our home is beautiful and we continue to call Dean for advice which he is always willing to provide.
