Absolute complete & total disaster. DO NOT HIRE!!! I hired him to redo my deck. What was bad: 1) Low balled price then "found issues" so he doubled the price which I agreed to pay. 2) He does not have a crew, just subcontracts everything out. No quality control. 3) Mediocre quality at best. Boards aren't all level and flush, loose boards, etc 4) Carpenters showed up once or twice a week. After 6 weeks i told them to either show up and finish or they were fired. They never came back. 5) Bruce never called me to discuss project, apologize, fix/finish job In summary, hire someone else..
