I've been to their showroom, and toured a couple of the Design Home fundraisers -- Closet City's work is definitely high quality, their storage designs for awkward areas are clever, and they offer such a variety of materials it's almost hard to decide what you want! I highly recommend them for any closet, pantry or other storage organizing project.

Closet City designed and installed my sister's 3 closets (Condo project featured here!), and she just loves them! I hung out at the house while the installation was being done -- very professional, organized -- and the place was spotless when they left. All 3 closet systems are such a drastic improvement over what was there before!

Dressing Room | Jun 2017 | His & Her walk-in closet and dressing room -- client wanted a two-tone look and went with Candlelight and Cherry Blossom finishes. The hanging clothes and folded items are all enclosed behind glass doors -- keeping everything dust free yet allowing the homeowners to still see what is inside. Then we created an entire unit of shelves just for shoes. The entire-room install took place over the course of 2 days. | $13k | Hatfield, PA
Dressing Room / Walk-in Closet Combo | Nov 2015 | Our client gutted out a couple of small rooms adjacent to their master bedroom to create an open space for a combination dressing room and extensive walk-in closet. We designed, built & installed floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, banks of drawers, and double-hang areas along the walls, with 2 center islands (one his, one hers). Custom paint, crown, kicks, and trimming around vents and light fixtures. Hidden, pull-out compartments for storing dozens of ties and belts. Glass-paned cabinet doors with multiple shelves for storing his ball cap collection; two banks of 6 drawers each with velvet liners for her jewelry. Many extras! | $161k | Media, PA
Contemporary Wall bed | Jul 2015 | Design and install a modern wall bed unit utilizing mood lighting, reading lamps, and simple box cabinet (no additional storage was needed). Project features new LED lighting and a textured-finish melamine cabinet with contrasting "box". The dark wood-grain closet wall units off the right in the photos were designed, manufactured and installed by us a couple years prior. | $1k | Montgomeryville, PA
Condo Closets Remodel | Dec 2009 | Our client was a new condo homeowner, whose closets had inefficient wire shelving, some of which were pulled from the wall. We provided 3D renderings of our designs for a hall coat closet, small master walkin, and a shared reach-in closet in the boys' bedroom. Both bedroom closets are to be used by two people, and were designed so each person's storage areas were identical. Starting at 9am, two people brought in all the materials, installed all 3 closets, cleaned up, and were out of the condo by 2pm. Both bedroom closets now provide over twice the storage the original wire shelf layout did, and the homeowner was able to eliminate a chest of drawers from her bedroom furnishings to now accommodate a lounge chair for TV viewing. | $1k | Quakertown, PA
Master Bedroom Walkin Closets | Jun 2008 | Renovation of a $2million home included turning an oddly shaped room into a master closet for her, and a smaller room as a master closet for him. Room included a large window, high ceilings, and an almost-hexagonal layout. We gave her ample shelving, long hang, and double hang areas all along the walls, and a center island filled with drawers. At one end of the island there is a bench seat with hidden hamper inside. Constructed in TFL melamine with a cherry finish, the walk-in also featured crown molding, belt and scarf racks, and jewelry inserts in the upper drawers. | $13k | Gwynedd Valley, PA
Luxury Home Office | Apr 2018 | A home office with lots of "bling"! This project was built in real wood, painted a glossy white, and includes lots of detailed trims, moldings, display lighting, glass paneled cabinet doors, soft-close drawers, and a granite countertop. | Harleysville, PA
Walk-in with Angled Ceilings | Dec 2016 | Our client wanted to turn a vast, empty room above the garage into a walk-in closet / dressing room. The many windows and angled ceilings were a challenge to work around, but in the end, our client was thrilled with what we came up with. | Newtown, PA
Design Home Master Walk-ins | Oct 2014 | Our 5th year participating in Philly mag's Design Home charity fundraiser, in which we fully outfitted 2 master walk-in closets, several bedroom closets, and the kitchen pantry. The home was open for tours in November 2014, and raised funds for MANNA, a food distribution service in Philadelphia to people suffering from terminal diseases. The master closets were a challenge as we needed to work around dormer windows and slanted ceilings, which just gave us the opportunity to add some built-in dressers and hidden gadgets! | Wyndmoor, PA
Murphy-style Wall Bed | Aug 2014 | Measure, design, manufacture and install a wall bed with surrounding cabinetry. This included assembly / installation of the bed mechanism, as well as the surrounding cherry melamine storage unit. A bit of a challenge to work around a window and heating vent, and client wanted to use the entire wall. | Lansdale, PA |
