I have had bad experiences in the past with roofers and having said that I was nervous about hiring Luis. His contract was only for labor unlike the 4 others we got that included materials, permits, and dumpster. His approach in contracts was much different then all the other companies. Luis had us buy the materials and dumpster before he would take a deposit on labor. During the entire process Luis made us feel 100% in control of the project and budget. Again this is much different then any other contractor we have ever hired but we really liked it because at the end of the day we knew exactly where our money was gong and we knew Luis wasn't up charging us on materials!! In the end we got a great roof from Luis and a full warranty from ATLAS. We would hire Luis and his crew again for other work and we have already passed his name on to other family members that need there roofs done this summer.
