Ogen Hillcrest stair project | Apr 2018 | The Church Trustees asked for durable and stone and maintenance free stairs and handrail to replace the old ones. I told them I would build the strongest stairs a carpenter could build for a budget they would like. | $4k | Binghamton, NY

Newark valley bathroom remodel | Jan 2018 | Old and outdated bathroom that needed the finish line touch. I worked with Barbara, the client, to bring her the result that she loved. The project involved all phases of construction. Although it took longer than I initially thought, Barbara was very happy and since had hired Finish Line for multiple projects including a fireplace mantle, electric troubleshooting and miscellaneous handyman work. | $8k | Newark Valley, NY

Kitchen backsplash, appliances installation, crown moulding and trim and custom carpentry | Oct 2017 | Working with Rosco Construction Finish Line was called in to complete difficult finish carpentry, tile backsplash and stove, sink, faucet, dishwasher, icemaker and microwave installation. | $2k | Binghamton, NY
Nursery Remodel | Aug 2017 | Clients Juan and Virginia purchased a beautiful but older west side manse. They asked me to remodel a bedroom into a room appropriate for their expected baby. The walls were dark paneling and the drop ceiling had seen its prime. Older built in wardrobes were not working as they should. The transformation was more than they expected! I built a closet, rocked the walls and finished the ceiling, rebuilt the window trim and fabricated new crown and base moulding that fit to the period oF their house. The other projects Finish line completed at their residence are too numerous to mention. Bathroom tile, bathtub refinishing, window repair, custom carpentry and floor refinishing. | $4k | Binghamton, NY
Contemporary modern | Jun 2017 | Installed tile surround for fireplace. The existing fireplace just never really launched, and clients husband had run out of steam, so Finish LiNE came in finished the project that apparently had been in holding pattern for a few years. The project cost was 1500 not 15000 can't seem to change the first number | $15k | Windsor, NY
West Side Addition | Nov 2014 | We Built a 3 story edition including poured concrete footer walls. The clients wanted a big sliding glass door so I found a 16' x8' Anderson, people tell me it is the largest glass door they have seen! This required some special engineering, which my engineer on call designed along with the structural considerations in completely opening the bottom floor of a early 20th century Victorian designed. I like open plans, the house I built for my family has an open plan. So I would definitely recommend one. Any existing walls can be removed and if you build new then mimimi ze interior walls. With projects like this one a contractor can not wing it in terms of structure, I always get an engineer involved and I highly recommend an architect. While an architect might not be necessary for a design build, ive found that when an architect is involved the project gets done, faster, cheaper and much better. . The device that I had all my before photos is gone, but the client chuckled and said they (prospective clients) can come over anytime. They love it. The before photos would have shown a run down back porch and a back yard full of concrete from a foundation as well as old black top. Now a paver patio and raised bed gardens and other plantings adorn the average sized lot. | $35k | Binghamton, NY |
